For the past ten years, Kara Butterfield has styled commercial and editorial photography projects as well as private homes as a Boston interior stylist. Using her imaginative attention to detail and creative vision, Kara has pulled repurposed elements and mixed them with both collectible and designer furniture to design displays that fairly burst with uniqueness. As editor-at-large for Boston Home, Kara does scouts for the ideal locations for residential projects, curates trending global designs and styles interiors, still life vignettes and more. Kara’s work has been seen in publications as varied as Fast Company, Atlanta Magazine and Hotel Design and she has been recognized for her award-winning styling work.
