Orders placed after 4pm EST, will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates are not calculated at the check out. After placing the order, our Sales Representative will contact you with a formal quote that includes final shipping/freight cost and sales tax (if applicable). Your credit card will not be charged, until you confirm the order with our Sales Representative.
In-stock items ship within 1–5 business days.
All verification of building access and entry measurements for delivery are the responsibility of customer. Local delivery charge is collect from warehouse unless amount is noted on sales order.
All orders must be delivered/picked up from our warehouse facility within 10 days of arrival. Storage fees will accrue after 10 days and will be billed separately on weekly basis.
Custom or special order furniture
Custom and special order items cannot be cancelled or returned.
Change orders can only be accepted within 24-48 hours from order submittal. Estimated lead time 12-16 weeks, pending no delays, to New England/New York City Area. ***Excluding holidays and closures***(to be confirmed with manufacture). Please Note, lead time vary based on final destination.

Shipments must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt, as no claims can be made after this time. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect purchase(s) for damages within 48 hours. All claims must be submitted via email and include detailed description and images.
