If you want to tap into the pulse of modern Italian design, Interni Magazine should be your go-to resource. And, in fact, Interni Magazine has been that resource for the past sixty years. In order to pay homage to their 60 years of excellence, the staff at RODAhosted a dinner in their honor.

To make the event more special, RODA asked six famous architects to design a single long table for the elite dinner, which was part of an event called Feeding New Ideas for the City during the Milan Design Week 2014. The result was six tables (one per decade) that were decorated with exceptional style. The architects involved in the table designs were Antonio Citterio, Paola Navone, Matteo Thun, Giulio Cappellini, William Sawaya, and Rodolfo Dordoni.

Interni Magazine has spent the past 60 years celebrating the designs and furnishings of Italy’s top interior designers and manufacturers. They plan to spend the next 60 years following along the same lines, while including a larger focus on international design influence.
