Through a land-lease partnership with the Bolivian government, Jensen manages over 2 million acres of dry-tropical forests in Eastern Bolivia that are home to Ipe hardwood trees, which take nearly a century to reach the dimensions necessary to produce the world’s finest, most durable timbers. With small-footprint harvesting that selects only mature trees, Jensen tracks each tree from where it is sustainably felled to its arrival in their distribution center as a finished piece of furniture. Each piece of their luxury wood furniture is heirloom quality, made to be enjoyed for generations.
