Sofa with backrest frame in double-paneled fir-wood and armrest and seat frame in multilayer poplar wood, padded in polyurethane foam covered with acrylic fiber layers. On the front part of the seat, the frame is fixed a 3mm steel sheet, coated and shaped according to the specific design, covered with acrylic fiber layers. Seat chassis, inserted into the base, in 40x30mm tubular steel, with epoxy powder coating, sprung with coated rubber elastic straps; padding in polyurethane foam covered in 100% polyether thermally bonded onto a polyamide velveteen backing.
Seat cushions in differentiated density polyurethane foam and Visco-soft, covered with prewashed and sterilized goose down, stitched into separate compartments, and covering in needle punched, resinated, non -woven polyester fiber, bonded onto a polyamide velveteen backing. Backrest cushion in prewashed and sterilized goose down, stitched into separate compartments, with polyurethane foam insert. Fabric upholstery is fully removable by zippers and Velcro fastenings. Fix leather upholstery for structure only.
Tubular steel feet Ø30mm, joined by a bracket, with bronzed epoxy powder coating or feet in solid wood veneered Stone Oak®, screwed to a tubular steel bracket, rectangular section 25x15 mm, painted with matt black epoxy powder; both versions with black PVC tips.
