Edoardo Bed

Product details

Designed By Andrea Parisio

Manual skills and a unique tailoring approach define the Edoardo bed. The essentiality of the solid wood frame plays in a game of contrast with the volumes of the headboard available in three versions, each one with its own personality. The first version is enveloping and sophisticated, upholstered with a textile covering and outlined by a piping; the second one is an invitation to relax with its soft, welcoming allure thanks to the flat ruffles; the third version in woven saddle-leather shows a rigorous but at the same time glamorous look: the complex weaving process combines the utmost care for details with traditional manufacturing skills.

The first collection of Meridiani, unveiled in 2000, introduced a design lifestyle at once timeless and utterly up to date. Entirely manufactured in Italy, each piece features expert construction and exquisite attention to detail, notably in the rich range of textiles, which has become a hallmark of the brand.

Andrea Parisio was born in Lodi in 1964. After attending the European Institute of Design in Milan, he graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Pavia. Products designed together include sinks, bathtubs and hand basins characterised by ultra-thin thicknesses, high quality and resistance.
