Designed by Paolo Grasselli

The base of the Innesti round table, designed by Paolo Grasselli for Bonaldo, appears detached from the upper part of the accessory, as though the top were suspended in the air. The two parts are united by a perfect, yet unexpected joint that puts this table in the spotlight with a great sculptural effect. This element becomes the standout feature of the living area, while dialoguing with the surrounding space thanks to the option to customize the details with different types of marble, wood and ceramic for the top and different metals for the base.

For more than 80 years, Bonaldo has been designing and making items that not only “interpret the requirements of the contemporary world” but also generate excitement “at first sight.” Bonaldo’s furniture collections reflect a continuously evolving modernity, freely experimenting with new materials and new design partnerships.

Paolo Grasselli

Graduated from ISIA in Florence. He mainly works within design and art direction. Among his clients: Alessi, Arcade, Bonaldo, BRF, Cellularline, Ditre, Felicerossi, Tonelli, Saba, Play+, Olivetti, Viro, Modoluce, Viabizzuno. Since 2003 he began to collaborate with the company Modoluce for which he designed several collections of lamps. From 2008 to 2017 he was art director of the bio-fireplace company Horus. Since 2017 he is the art director of the houseware company Mopita and from 2021 of the Galbiati glassware. His objects have been exhibited at the Deutsches Architektur Museum in Frankfurt and at Felissimo design house in New York. Awarded the GranDesign International Award and the Nagaoka Technopolis International Design Competition. Selected at the ADI design index with the Play+ Nidami bed.
