The enveloping lines of this armchair can be discovered in the simplicity of its forms.

The armchair or bergère is characterized by the precious play of stitching on the inside of the backrest. The base is made of solid Canaletto walnut and metal, enhancing the combination of materials.

Armchair or bergère with metal and solid walnut base and fabric or leather upholstery available in two versions: single color or two-colors.

Masters of The Art of Shaping, Giorgetti has been perfecting innovative woodworking for more than a century from their home in Brianza, Italy. The epitome of Made in Italy style, Giorgetti’s unique and original aesthetic has resulted in a range of functional, contemporary pieces with unmistakable flair.

He obtained his diploma at Istituto d’Arte in Cantu’ (CO), and he soon started his experience as a designer with Giorgetti SpA in 1968, where lately he assumed the direction of the Research Center. In 2006, he left Giorgetti to start his career as a designer. At present, he is the art director and designer of Penta Illuminazione. In 2011, he designed a collection for Giorgetti, thus returning as a designer. Now he designs for furniture companies like Arflex, Besana, Gruppo Industriale Busnelli, Ivano Redaelli, and Mobilidea. He has also realized stands and showrooms for companies in the furniture and fashion industries. These collaborations have formed Umberto Asnago as a personality capable of facing with professionalism the rapid evolutions of the furniture market.
